SP1 Install Requires file 2003 Office

I intalled SP1 and now the setup will not run. It gives
me an error. C:\Program Files\OfficeUpdate11\Cabs\511735\
MAINSP1op.msp is unavalble. I can not uninstall and start
over and I can not run setup from my install CD. No
matter what I do I can not get it to work and my
installed office product is broken. The requested file is
not on my PC.
