SP1

Is SP1 for all of Office or just OneNote? The reason I ask is at work we are
using Office XP but I installed OneNote 2007. I don't want to mess anything
up with my version of Office.

Using Microsoft Update will tell you the updates you need (Windows Update and
then choose Microsoft Update if you are unfamiliar with it). Microsoft Update
will actually check for Office software updates as well. The SP1 for Office
2007 will only update Office 2007 software, not the prior versions.

The service packs are released for all products in the Office family at the
same time for the same version. The large SP1 download which is for
"Office 2007" (i.e. not for the specific programs like Visio/Project/SP
Designer, etc.) does include fixes for OneNote. The installation will only
upgrade the Office 2007 components which it detects as being installed. It
will not upgrade any of the Office XP components.

Or the short answer: the Microsoft Update website
(http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us)
will detect and upgrade everything properly ;)
