SP2 - erasing favorites and etc.. outside of infopath

i've installed sp2 on my computer and its fine.. some of my users have
install sp2 and now their desktop looks different, favorites and
address books are erased.. does anyone know why this has happened?

Hi,

Maybe the location of the "Favorites" folder as well as the "Address Book"
were not the default ones, and that SP2 overwrote the registry entries.
In that case, you may want to locate them on the machine and modify the
registry entries accordingly.
