SP3 does not solve Outlook 2002 issue it claims to

Hi all,

I am using Outlook 2002 (upgrade from 2000, using IMAP for email, had to
create a new mail profile after 2002 upgrade could not open services for old
profile).

I have the problem:

Outlook 2002 marks an e-mail message that is marked as read in your Inbox as
being unread after you forward or you reply to the e-mail message

This is documented by Microsoft and the fix is said to be SP3, see:

However after installing SP3 I still have the problem. Can anyone help?
