Dear friends,

I downloaded sp3 for office 2002 XP Pro and this message comes up on
installation. "The feature you are trying to use is on a network reasourse
that is unavailable. "

It is looking for the file Proplus.msi. I ran a search and the file is not
on my computer. Any one know what to do? Can I run sp3 on office 2002?

Thanks Robert

Hi Robert,

Proplus.msi is part of the MS Office XP volume license
(non retail) edition, Professional plus Frontpage.
It's the main installation file on that CD.

Ok Bob, I guess what happened was the version of office I had didn't have
that file on the disk. I ended up having to reinstall my software and then
donload the updates again. Thanks for your help.
