SP3 Installation Failure

I'm running Office XP on a Dell PC, with Win XP Home, SP2. I've downloaded
the Office XP SP3 update, but can not install it. The installation advances
to where it asks for the Office CD. I click on browse and point to the
PRO.MSI file, on the CD. It appears to read the CD, but I receive an
Installation Failure error. There are no details provided, as to why the
installation fails.

Can anyone provide an answer? Thank you!
