SP3 OFFICE XP Upgrade Disk

Just received the upgrade disk for SP3 (too long to download)

It has two files a "full" and a "standard". Is the "standard" the same as
the "client" version that is listed on the website (where you need your
original Office installation disk).

When double clicking the .exe file it asks for a directory to put the files
in. Since this is an upgrade shouldn't it know where to put them. If not,
where should I put the files.

It is not an upgrade, it is a service pack. Put the files wherever you want
them.
