SP3 trashing OutlookXP

Hi:
Running OfficeXP Standard in pure AD environment with
Group Policies restricting user access. I installed
Office XP SP3 and on some machines it trashed Outlook
such that I get the "Cannot start..." dialog. Remove
Office and re-install and do not load SP3 and everything
is fine. Again, only on some machines (with identical
user rights for installation user on each machine, the
ones that fail and the ones that work).
