SP3 update

I purchased complete Office XP SBE with my laptop (can
provide product key if necessary). Have previously
updated with SP1, SP2 and most previous updates. When
trying to install SP3, it asked for my CD (tried both
disk 1 & 2) and the install couldn't find "Sberet.MSI".
Please help with process.

Is anyone even reading these problems? I now have the
same problem when trying to update templates for Word
from my own disks? What am I suppose to do? PLEASE HELP!
