SP3 Update

I have several issues that appear to be resolved in SP3.
However, when I attempt to download the update I receive
message, "Hotfix Installer has encountered a problem."
Any suggestions how I might work around or otherwise
download & install SP3? Thank You!

The network install version can be downloaded from
download centre.
