SP3 Update

My PC apparently had a copy of Office Professional 2003 at some point, though
I don't have the CD for it. I have installed and have the CD for
Office-Teacher & Student Edition, which I purchased a few months ago.
Everyday, my PC wants to install SP3 but, after a few steps, asks me to
install the Office Prof CD. Obviously, there are some remnants of Office
Prof. on my PC that the new software didn't overcome.

Since I'd like to be able to add SP3, anyone have an idea on how to overcome
this little problem? Thank you.

Hi, A,

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall whatever of Office Professional is
shown in the list there. There may be remnants that were not uninstalled.
