I have installed SP3. I develop applications in Access XP (2202). I’m told
by Allen Browne (thank you) and others that the SP3 has a known bug related
to the delete function, a DoMenuItem command. I work for the State of
California and have many Access applications deployed throughout the state.
Our network folks want to deploy the SP3 for security reasons. We can’t
upgrade to SP3 with known bugs. Does anyone know what Microsoft plans to with
SP3 given the glaring bug which will cause most if not all of our apps to
fail? The State of California does not have the money to correct the error
handling in countless applications across this state. Is there a SP4 in site?
Thanks for your time,
Mark
