Space for image in template

I am creating a template for others to use.

It has a one column section at the top of the page for the main heading
followed by a three column section.

I want to indicate where an image will be inserted. I have tried created a
text box which goes across two columns and put text wrap above and below on
it and also locked the anchor. Because I don’t want the box to be visible I
have also set the text box to No Line.

However, when I insert a picture which is not the same size as the text box,
you cannot see it all.

Is there a way to
1. Set the picture to fit the text box
2. Select the text box and resize it to fit the picture – because the text
box has no line I don’t seem to be able to select it. When I click on the
picture I of course get the Picture and not the text box.

Help greatly appreciated!

Insert a borderless frame containing a macrobutton field
{ Macrobutton InsertPicture "Double click to insert image"}

The inserted image will adapt to the width of the frame.

Thank you for your reply.

Is there a direct way to create a frame - I created a text box and then
converted it to a frame.
Also I found that if I set the frame size to Auto the frame adjusted to the
image size. If I left the frame size specifed in cms the image did not
adjust to the frame. What do I need to do differently?

Although Frame is no longer on the Insert menu, you can add it (using Tools
| Customize). There's also an Insert Frame button on the Forms toolbar.
