Hi Roscominc,
Simplest would be to use an IF field to suppress the space
if the Title field "is blank" (or if the Title field "is not
blank", insert the space). Click the "Insert Word field"
button on the mail merge toolbar, choose "If...THen" and
that should lead you through the process.
I am trying to create mailing labels, and my set up is as
follows-
Title name last name
How do I prevent the computer from inserting the first
space if the title field is blank?
