Space Plan Startup Wizard

I am trying to follow a document from Microsoft title "Convert a CAD floor
plan into a Visio Professions Space Plan diagram". The document says it
applies to Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 (which I am running).

Step one, says

1) In Visio Professional, on the File menu, point to New, point to Building
Plan, and then click Space Plan.

This works fine.

Step two says

2) In the Space Plan Startup Wizard, click CAD drawing. Locate the CAD
drawing that you want to insert, and then click Open.

I don't get a startup Wizard. I re-did the installation process and made
sure everything was set to install, but I still don't get a startup wizard.

Any suggestions?

If the wizard does not run, the Space Plan add-on may not be running. Do
you see a Plan menu in the menu bar? If you don't try going to Tools >
Options > Advanced > Enable Automation Events. (Doing this from memory of
Visio 2002, so look around for this setting.) Automation Events must be
enabled for add-ons to run.
