Spaces between letters in a word

Hey,

When i print out a document, i find a space between the
first and second letter in some words.

eg. "global s ales and m arketing training f unction"

this happens when the text is fully justified and even
when not justified.

We print on to a HP color laserjet 4500DN and running
windows XP, office 2000.

Is this a problem with a print driver or word itself?
This doesnt happen when i print out documents from other
office packages.

Ali,

Yes. Go to the printer manufacturer's website and update
the printer driver.
