Spacing between numbered sentences

Hi, how do I add spacing between numbered sentences on an
entire document that has already been typed? Thanks.

You ned to highlight the numbered list and choose Format
+ Paragraph. Choose a 12pt Before Spacing at the bottom
left of the dialogue box.
