Spacing fields on an Avergy 5266 file label

(Windows 2003) I am using a Word Database and merging it into an AVery 5226
label. The first line contains two fields (one starting at the left corner,
the other a number with a right tab from the right corner. The third field is
seet up so it contains wrapped words from Field #1, if applicable. fourth
field is the same on all labels, and should be close to the bottom of the
label. However, I find if Field 1 does not wrap, it does not allow the
foourth field to end up on the same line as the other labels (where
information has wrapped to a second line. My question is how do I make sure
the fourth field appears in the same position every time and how do I set up
the label document so that the send line wraps appropriately? I hope this
make sense - can you tell I am confused? Thanks for any help that you can
give.

Labels in Word are tables with fixed cell dimensions, one label to a cell.
To achieve what you are after, it sounds like you are going to need to split
each cell into two rows and then split the top row into two columns, The
first and third field would go in the new top left cell, the second field
would go in the new top right cell and the fourth field would go in the new
bottom row.

This arrangement would need to be replicated then to all labels on the
sheet.
