Spacing Issues

Elizabeth

Whenever I go into a FrontPage document that I have
previously saved, the spacing gets all messed up. For
example, let's say I saved text as following:

HOME

FAQ

HELP

Whenever I go into that same document, the text appears
like this:

HOME
FAQ
HELP

In other words, I guess after I open a saved document,
multiple spaces get deleted.

This drives me CRAZY. Is there any way to make it stop
doing this?

How are you adding this spacing?

Using ENTER will give you a paragraph return (<p>)
Using SHIFT+ENTER will give you a single line return (<br>)

Sure. Try here:

http://www.boswellsgiftbaskets.com/faq.htm

There is supposed to be a space between "How to Order"
and "Frequently Asked Questions," and also
between "Contact Us" and "Our Baskets." This is what I
see instead whenever I open the document.

I can fix the spacing and save it again correctly (and
post it online with no problems), but if I open it up
again, it's wrong.

Also, if this helps, on the "Normal" tab in Front Page it
is correct. But it is NOT correct on the "Preview" tab.

Thanks a LOT for helping with this!

Oh Gosh! Forget it! I just uploaded a page to my website
that had the wrong spacing, and it was FINE.

The thing that is happening is this: The "Normal" tab on
FP shows the page the way I want it, but on the "Preview"
page, the spacing is messed up. However, when I upload
the doc to my web page, the spacing is as how it should be.

I'm new at this -- can you tell? :)

Anyway, though, why is the "Preview" not correct. Is
there something I need to change for that tab?

Thanks!
