spacing within and between bullets

I'm trying to create a format where there is one space between lines within a bullet, but 1.5 spaces between the last line of a bullet and the next bullet.
Is there any way to accomplish this?

The basic principle is that you want to create a bulleted style that is
set to Single Line Spacing, but has a certain amount of Space After.
The easiest way to explain it:

Format | Style. Select a bulleted style in the list on the left. Click
Modify. Check the "add to template" box. Use the settings in the dialog
and on the Format menu in the dialog to set the bullets just as you want.
