Spam blocker within Outlook

[Fed up with Junk E-Mails]

I have erased the names and saved just the domains for a number of junk
e-mails.
I have been doing this for 2 weeks.
This morning (a Monday), I have over 500 junk e-mails many from the domains
included in Outlook's Junk Mail filter.

Any better ideas about how to actually have junk mail transfered to the Junk
Mail file?

After furious head scratching, Fed up with Junk E-Mails asked:
