Spam Blocking Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a spam blocking product that
integrates with Outlook 2002/XP and not only blocks
emails based on adding them to a list but also learns and
starts to block additional spam messages?

Also, if I am using a POP3 setup, is it possible to
actually block the message or is quarantining the best I
can expect?

Thanks.

I've been using IHateSpam (about $19) for 6 months and I'm very happy with
it It learns, and right now gets about 90% of the SPAM with almost zero
false positives.

Thanks for the replies. I have been testing Spam
Inspector and it seems to be working fine but I'm not too
sure about the stability of the company so I wanted to
have some other options.

Thanks again.
