Spam content out of office reply.

People are telling me that they are receiving out of office reply's from me
that have spam in them. I don't even have the option to turn on the out of
office assistant. When I get an email from say United Airlines, I will also
get an automated reply saying they do not allow emails to that address. I
have run every spy ware program I could find and I never turn up anything.
Any idea's? Thanks,
