Spam emails

I keep getting emails telling me that I have sent spam to unknown email
addresses. How can I stop this?

You can't - what is happening is that someone else has your email address
somewhere on their machine (and these days it doesn't have to be in the
addressbook either) - THEY are infected and are being used to send spam. It
won't stop until they realise that they are infected and clean their
machine. It will reduce in time however......
