Spam filter do not detect moved messages by rule

Got 2003.
Set up a few rules, sorting incoming messages to sub-folder/s, if they
comply with recipient condition.

The JUNK/SPAM filter ignores them.
I can see no setting to alter this behaviour.

Any ideas?
