My spam filter on my computer has quit working entirely. It was working fine
until an automatic update from Microsoft came in. Yesterday I went out to the
MS site and downloaded SP3 for office as well as double checked several times
to make sure I have the latest spam filter update. I do. It still does not
work. I can set it to high filter and the spam still all comes to my inbox. I
can set it to permission only which is the highest filter and it still comes
to my inbox. I have looked at the settings dozens of times and cannot
understand why it is not working. I spent hours yesterday on the self help
site for MS products and read everything I could find and it still no
resolution. I have an extensive list of blocked senders…those are still
coming to my inbox. A week ago all was fine then one morning after an
automatic update came in the night before I noticed the issue. Has anyone
else seen this? I am about to chunk my computer out a window I am so
frustrated.
