Spam Help, can I block all languages except english in Outlook ema

I am getting a ton of spam and it just gets worse. I try to filter out
specific words but they pop up anyway, and I am also using the "junk email
options" function. Lately its Russian email stuff and lots of it... can't
read it anyway, so any ideas on how to block all other languages in Outlook
will be appreciated. Thank You... -Don

Spam filtering with rules doesn't work. Also you can filter non-English
messages only if the spammer is kind enough to insert the actual
language's encoding. Believe me, my favorite Russian spammer never marks
his messages as Russian.

Better install an effective spam filter.
