spam mail in outlook

Gentlemen,

Get too many spam and junk mail my email.
A filter can be úsed only if running over an pop 3
account.
however our server requires an IMAP, so Microsoft or
Outlook do not allow to use their option to block a
sender.
Who knows if there are either Microsoft programs or others
which might help to block senders coming via IMAP by
email??

Also, Outlook 2003 has a built-in spam filter that works on all accounts.
