Spam or viral attachment received today May 5th from "Microsoft"

I set my outlook to only download email headers and not the entire message.
This morning I received a email from Microsoft with an attachment, I picked
on the header and Options and saw that the original was from microsoft.com
but the forwarding mutated to another address.

I opened the item and it started with: Dear Friends and went on to say that
it was a patch and to install it. I deleted it realizing that MS would
never do that due to their automatic update service and other features used.

Unfortunately I deleted it ....twice so I not have the original. Where
should these be forwared to?
