Spam problem

I regularly have to send emails to a particular email address with a word
document attachement and when I get the read receipt back I have noticed my
email comes up as spam in the receivers inbox. How can I stop this from
happening?

Make a rule...
Why ask for a read receipt? It only means that the recipient has sent the
read receipt. Doesn't say whether is was actuall read. If the e-mail message
doesn't get bounced, and you are certain of the e-mail address, you can
justifiably assume that it was read. I personally don't clutter the Internet
bandwidth with read receipts or out of office responses.

if your receiver considers your mail as spam, HE should add your email adress
to the trusted sender's list...
