When I tried to install a spam blocking program, setup aborted, claiming
Outlook was running when, in fact, it was not running. I've tried deleting
the setup file, rebooting, etc., ensuring Outlook was not running, to no
avail. The spam installation setup believes it is running. I first noticed
the problem after, on my first installation attempt, I failed to close
Outlook. I wonder if this caused some alteration to the system?
