spam report messages

I need to open a message and or move it to the white list from the spam
report. I do ot have access to each message or at least I do ot know how to
gain access to these messages to open them when I know they are not spam.

How can I open a message when it is in the spam report? Better yet does it
apear somewhere else besides there so I can open it as if it were normal mail?

Outlook only has a junk mail folder. For trapping SPAM, I would imagine you
must have a separate application installed.
