spam whitelist problems

I am usig pop3 with Outlook 2007 to download email. All email downloaded is
checked against a whitelist (the usual outlook whitelist configuration).

Am receiving considerable amounts of spam that is addressed in the header as
if it is coming from my email address. How do I cofigure to filter to junk
those mails?

Set yourself as a blocked sender or create a rule to move all messages with
your address in the From field to be moved to the Junk Email folder.

Thanks for looking at this. I already have myself as a blocked sender, but
have not configured a rule to move emails where my own email address is in
the from clause.

The following header is an example of the emails penetrating my white list
(email address changed since this is a public posting - assume my email
address is (e-mail address removed) for purposes of this email). Notice that the
return path:

So how do I block "(e-mail address removed)"
You can do that via a rule as well which looks in the message header but in
general you do not want to do this unless that address is being used over
and over again. Most likely, it won't be used again.
