Spam with Meta content "Generator" gets through

I have noticed lately that an increasing number of spams have been getting
past my filters and spam blockers. The one commonality is they share the
following line in the header: <META content="MSHTML 6.00.2900.3199"
name=GENERATOR>
If you scoop some text from the body of the spam and add it to your rules,
the rules will not find it in the spam and the spam gets through. Has anyone
seen this before or have any ideas as to how to combat this new breed of
vermin?

Outlook's rules cannot interpret (or detect) HTML tags and cannot detect
text that is broken apart by embedded tags. Why not get yourself one of the
several good antispam tools that can be used with Outlook. Two of them are
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ and http://www.spampal.org/
