SpamFilter error - Outlook2003

I have today suddenly started getting this error when I reply or forward
emails messages:

I can press OK and bypass it:

The signature "SpamFilterSigOL" could not be located. This signature may
have been removed.

I have recently done an Office update and wonder if this is the cause?

Any ideas?
