"SpamFilterSigOL" error message in Outlook 2003...

Immediately after downloading Outlook 2003 SP1 this error message appears
when I click on either Reply or Forward: "The signature "SpamFilterSigOL"
could not be located. This signature may have been removed." There is an OK
button to click & it goes away but pops up next time I click on Reply or
Forward. Most annoying. How do I get rid of it?
