SpamIntelligence add-in - does it work for anyone in Outlook 2007

This is a very promising add-in for Outlook 2003:

because it is based on SpamAssassin, and also because it works with IMAP
folders. I installed it and everything seemed to install and run OK,
but it really doesn't seem to catch spam when I log into my IMAP account.

While I'm logged in to my mail account, if new mail comes in and it's
SPAM, it does catch it.

I'm wondering if this is because it is not specifically written for OL
2007? Does anyone have experience with this add-in on OL 2007?
