i use outlook express for receiving and sending emails but i receive
bunch of spam mails daily that are the same topic and even when i block
the sender and apply mail filtering rules in Mail Rules tab and type the
filtering word and check Delete it from server check box i receive those messages
again what should i do?

Get a better email provider or install a local anti-spam application. I have
none to recommend because I have some biases there. I'd go with the former
rather than the later option.

By the way, this is Outlook - not Outlook Express. The same principle
applies though. With Outlook Express you don't get any automagic features
built in to the email client but the results are the same. Either a new
provider or an application.

1. filtering spam by blocking senders is pointless. The addresses keep changing.
2. This group is for Outlook, not outlook express. Create a news account for msnews.microsoft.com and ask in the outlook express group.
