Whenever we try to spell check a document containing
primarily Spanish text, Word crashes and gives us a "Word
Has Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Mssp3es.dll"
Error Message" error message. This is really
problematic for us because we have a large Spanish
speaking population and all of our classroom teachers have
documents saved from last year that contain Spanish text.
We are running Windows 98SE and Office Pro 2000 with SP3
installed. The workaround Microsoft is suggesting is not
working. Right now the only thing that is working is
disabling the spell and grammar checker, which is not
acceptable for us. Any suggestions?
