Spanish spell check default keeps slipping to English.

I'm trying to work in two languages., but my spell check default keeps
slipping from Spanish to English. I'm checking columns, so I can't just leave
it in Language Detect mode. I hit F7 only maybe three times before I lose the
Spanish.

Then if I try to go back and do it again it's too late. Spell checker just
gives me OK for everything.

Define specific styles for each language and apply them appropriately. And
of course make sure that auto detection is disabled.
