Spanish spelling tools. Urgent help

Hi all,

I am using Word 2004 version 11.1

Whenever I receive some documents coming from Word for Windows I get I
message in the Help Toolbox saying that Spanish correction tools are
not installed. When indeed they are in /Applications/Microsoft Office
2004/Shared Applications/

If I open a new document the spelling tools work fine in Spanish or
English, but I get the error message whenever I open docs coming from
Windows. I have tried to copy the text from these faulty documents into
new docs but as soon as the text is pasted I get the same error
message.

Any help will be appreciated.
