Spanish to English translation in MS Office XP Small Business

I want to know if my version of Office XP Small Business
(10.0.3520.0) has translation (Eng. to Span.)
capibility. When I am working with Spanish, the program
asks me if I want to use translation. When I saw yes, it
proceeds to attempt to load this function. But then it
cannot find the function. When it subsequently asks me
to insert the original CD, which I then do, it tells me
it cannot find this function there.
I would appreciate any assistance anyone can give me. I
want to add this function if I do not already have it,
but first would like to see if I do have it. Thanks.
