We use Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2002. On some of our mailboxes - not all,
but some, the Task Folders multiply. We continually have to go and delete
the task folders for those people. When a delegate clicks on the calendar -
the task folder spawns two new folders immediately.
One thing that we tried is to remove all the delegates to a mailbox and
their associated folders. Have everyone close out of outlook and then add
the delegates back one at a time. That worked for some of the mailboxes we
are having problems with, but not all.
Any other suggestions?
