Spcecial character for Command Button's Caption

How can I use special characters, esp the ampersand (&) on a command button's
caption property? I tried with forward and back slash but it does not work.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated. Thank you.

Use two ampersands to display an ampersand in the command button's caption.
