Speach Recognition software is being enabled/loaded automatically

We are having a number of user recieve error messages about either installing
and/or configuring the speach recognition component of Office after opening
an online demo that looks for a screen reader.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so what can we do to correct this
issue.
