Special Bug in Outlook 2003

I have a particolar user. on Outlook 2003.
When the user send a mail to one receiver from the address book,
And let check the address by double click the receiver name that is nothing
wrong,
then send out, but......
After that, let check the history in "sent item" ,
Find out that this mail arrive to other address that is other one in address
book.....?????
I don't know why???

What address is it sent to? and old address that is no longer used? Find and
rename the nk2 file and see if it corrects it. It's at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
