I'm using XP with Outlook 2003 (just upgraded from Outlook 2000) with
Exchange 5.5. I am trying to insert a hyperlink into a new email, the
target of which is a message held in a public folder. My problem comes
when the subject of the target message includes special characters.
I'm using the %20 hex value for a space, and used to use other hex
values for relevant characters. However, this does not work in Outlook
2003. Only the %20 hex value seems to work - but %2f for a forward
slash, for example, now does not work. The hyperlink with these
included simple throws up an error message.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
