Special dates?

Hey guys,

Just wondering; is there any way to assign specific calender dates to
project? Such as flights, or specific days off with explanations listed
Such as a note on a calender day; or a paid day off? By which I refer t
a day where other tasks must overlap / ignore, but to which the sai
resource is still being expended?

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

In Project 2007, Tools/Options.../Change Working Time, select the date and
enter a pertinent description in the Exceptions dialog below.
