Hi everyone,
I have an amortization schedule. Each year there are two amounts run
through amortization each year. Please see above. One amount is
constant over the years for fixed numbers years. Other amount is
beginning amount/numbers year reminding. I need special formulas or
ways that can help me calculate, let say Year 3, Beginging Amount,
Amortization amount without go through Year1 and year 2 calculations.
