Special Offer Problem

I bought a copy of Office 2003 Student edition for my son
and there was a special offer to go to
https://officeoffer.one.microsoft.com/STO2003/1033/Offers.a
spx and get a copy of Access 2003 for 30 euros. There is
a graphic of letters and numbers on the page, I enter my
product key but no matter how hard I try I cannot get the
decode of the graphic to work. I've e-mailed micro$oft
but had no reply, has anyone else had this problem?

Those are the most awful codes I've ever seen.

Try hitting your browser's Reload repeatedly until you get a set you feel
you can clearly make out, then enter your product key.

I've found I've got to go back every day until I get a set
that works, I finally managed it this morning but my IE
browser cookies then weren't working properly so I had to
go through the whole thing in Netscape and then it seemed
to fail when I clicked the final javascript submit
button! It's as if Micro$oft don't want you to take
advantage of this offer!
